Our client in Stellenbosch is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their international Shared Services Centre. You will efficiently process supplier invoices, match with POs/GRs, and maintain supplier records in the ERP system while ensuring timely payments and strong supplier relationships.

Ideal candidates have a tertiary qualification in finance or accounting and 3–5 years AP experience, with fluent English and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years in an accounts payable role or similar.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of multiple VAT jurisdictions is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, highly motivated and flexible with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Process and review invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts.
• Monitor invoice approvals to ensure timely settlement.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements.
• Set up and maintain suppliers in the ERP system.
• Assist in streamlining the accounts payable process.
• Report activities to the manager.
