Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee extensive production facilities, optimize high-temperature manufacturing processes, and drive strategic operational growth.

The role requires leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while steering budget and cost-reduction initiatives. Based in Gauteng, the successful candidate will leverage industry expertise in glass and aluminum to expand market footprint and improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in engineering, operations management, or related manufacturing field.
• Proven leadership in GM/Plant Manager or senior operations role.
• Experience in glass and/or aluminum manufacturing sectors.
• Experience managing furnaces and hot industrial environments.
• Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead large teams in a demanding industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle factory and manufacturing operations to meet targets.
• Manage furnace operations and high-temperature production environments.
