Job summary

Greys Recruitment is seeking a Production Manager for a glass manufacturing environment. Plan and coordinate daily production, lead teams and ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and safety.

Experience 5–8 years, Diploma/ Degree in relevant field, exposure to glass processing (cutting, tempering, laminating) is advantageous. Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

• Experience with glass processing is advantageous.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales, Dispatch and Logistics to ensure orders are completed on time.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 5–8 years' manufacturing/production experience.
• Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience.
• Strong production planning, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with glass processing/manufacturing is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to glass cutting, edging, tempering, laminating, IGUs or CNC processing will be advantageous.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge would be an advantage.
