Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Junior to Intermediate Group sales role, specifically within the German market.
• Proven ability to develop and manage key client relationships, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, customer needs, and market trends within the South-African region.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage group sales processes and client needs.
• Coordinate with agents to generate quotes, invoices, and track tour payments.
• Monitor group sales performance and reporting to leadership.
• Support budget management and ensure tours stay within approved budgets.
• Assist with training and guidance for junior consultants.
• Ensure accuracy of agent and tour information across all systems.
