Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Geological, Mechanical, Civil) or Earth Sciences.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management in energy, geothermal.
• Proven track record in complex energy infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of geothermal resource assessment, drilling, power plant tech.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of geothermal projects from inception to completion.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk to meet constraints.
• Oversee geological and engineering assessments, including drilling.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Build relationships with regulators, communities, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and company policies.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
