Placements24 is seeking a Geothermal Energy Project Manager to lead large-scale geothermal developments in Rustenburg, North West. You will oversee feasibility through handover, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Earth Sciences, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years in project management within energy, with 5+ years in geothermal projects.
• Proven leadership and multi-disciplinary team management.

Aufgaben

• Full lifecycle project management from feasibility to handover.
• Develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules; allocate resources.
• Oversee site assessments, drilling, reservoir engineering.
• Manage design, procurement, and construction of geothermal plants.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S regulations and permits.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulators.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Report to senior management and investors; drive efficiencies.
