Placements24 is seeking an experienced Geologist to join our exploration and mining team in Mahikeng. You will identify mineralized areas, log drill core, and contribute to 3D models and resource estimation.

The role requires field and office work across the North West province, with travel as needed and a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology or Earth Science.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mineral exploration or mining geology.
• Proficiency in geological mapping, core logging, and data interpretation software.
• Understanding of structural geology and ore deposit environments.
• Ability to work effectively in remote field locations and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in Mahikeng.
