Job summary

Headhunters in Gauteng is seeking an experienced automotive aftermarket sales leader to drive revenue growth, coach Sales Managers, and oversee sales operations. You will implement strategies to optimize performance and expand the customer base.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in automotive aftermarket sales, leadership experience, SAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills for performance analysis and opportunity identification.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is the baseline requirement.
• 10+ years in automotive aftermarket sales.
• 1+ year in a leadership role (supervisor or manager).
• Strong technical product knowledge.
• Deep technical industry knowledge and networks.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of how business works.
• Solid sales knowledge and closing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with SAP experience.
