The General Manager will lead the overall performance, profitability and sustainable growth of a manufacturing/technical business in Modderfontein, Gauteng. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across all functions to achieve objectives and long-term growth.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, commercial and financial management, operational management, leadership and people management, and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science or a related field.
• 5–8 years' experience as a General Manager within manufacturing, mining, laboratory services or a related technical environment.
• Proven experience in strategic and operational leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing business performance.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science or a related field

5–8 years' experience as a General Manager within manufacturing, mining, laboratory services or a related technical environment
