Minimum requirements:

• Experience preparing large batches of dishes and operating in a high-volume production kitchen
• Ability to follow standardized recipes precisely, measure ingredients accurately, and consistently achieve high quality and presentation
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene (HACCP/SALSA standards)
