Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Head of Business Enablement (Gen-AI) on a contract basis to drive enterprise-wide Gen-AI adoption and value realisation. You will bridge business and technology, prioritise demand, and translate needs into measurable outcomes.

You will lead an enablement function across business units, oversee governance forums, and ensure knowledge transfer and auditable artefacts while delivering tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business enablement, transformation, or adoption-led roles.
• Experience leading operating models within complex organisations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in delivery-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and enterprise adoption.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end business enablement operating model.
• Lead and manage the enablement team across business units.
• Ensure service continuity, onboarding, and knowledge management.
• Drive a delivery culture focused on practical outcomes and adoption.
• Act as the translation layer between business and engineering teams.
• Track delivery progress and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
• Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
