Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Gen AI leader to shape and execute the company’s AI strategy. You will guide squads from ideation to delivery, build and refine ML/DL algorithms, and mentor junior team members while ensuring ethical, compliant AI solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams to integrate Gen AI capabilities across offerings and to stay ahead of evolving regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have development experience in generative models such as M365 Co-Pilot, Bing Chat, GitHub Co-Pilot, GPT, and Transformer models.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying Gen AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Programming skills in Python, C++, or Java are advantageous.
• Understanding of ML, DL, and NLP techniques.
• Prompt Engineering skills would be an advantage.
• Awareness of ethical, social, and legal implications of Gen AI deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to tackle unstructured problems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gen AI Strategy: Define and execute the company's AI strategy with leadership input.
• Agile Leadership: Lead Gen AI squads from conception to implementation.
• Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize ML/DL algorithms for business problems.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate Gen AI models on large datasets.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior Gen AI team members.
• Research and Innovation: Stay current with Gen AI research and integrate new advancements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers and engineers to embed AI into products.
• Ethical AI: Ensure Gen AI models adhere to ethics and data privacy regulations.
