Job summary

LINKITSYSTEMS is seeking a Functional Tester in Centurion to join our Quality Assurance team on Scrum-based projects for international clients. You will test, report bugs, and occasionally act as Scrum Master to help the team remove impediments.

You will work in a hybrid environment, focusing on testing user interactions and workflows while collaborating closely with developers and other QA teammates. A technical degree and QA certifications are valued; we support unlimited training and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field
At least 1 year of experience as a tester in a development team
Experience with manual testing in a Scrum environment
Knowledge of Azure DevOps/Jira
Proven experience within a Scrum team
QA certifications such as ISTQB or TMAP, or willingness to obtain them
Scrum certification such as PSM or SCM
Domain knowledge in insurance, financial, or logistics is a plus

Responsibilities

Work in a Scrum team and develop IT applications and solutions
Reports bugs and works closely with developers for resolution
Focuses on testing user interactions and workflows
Carry out technical and functional tests per sprint
Organize or carry out performance stress tests for the acceptance of the applications
Take on the role of Scrum Master to guide the team and remove impediments
