Placements24 is seeking a talented Full-Stack Blockchain Developer for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will work across the stack—from smart contracts to front-end interfaces—building scalable DeFi/Web3 applications.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in full-stack development with 2+ years in blockchain, strong Solidity skills, and proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue) and Node.js/Python. Remote, national scope, with a focus on security and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in full-stack development with at least 2 years in blockchain tech.
• Proficiency in Solidity.
• Strong front-end and back-end fundamentals (JavaScript, React/Vue.js, Node.js/Python).
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries (Ethers.js, Web3.js, Hardhat, Truffle).
• Understanding of blockchain concepts and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on various platforms.
• Build and maintain front-end interfaces for decentralized apps.
• Develop back-end services and APIs that interact with blockchain networks.
• Integrate smart contracts with web applications and other systems.
