Job summary

Rank Group in Cape Town is seeking an Intermediate Software Engineer to help deliver modern, scalable software solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business value. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to build new features and modernise our tech stack.

The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software across frontend, backend, and full-stack domains.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
Strong experience with React and TypeScript or .NET/C#.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns.
Experience writing unit and integration tests.
Knowledge of SQL databases and data-driven apps.
Excellent communication and agile team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
Build scalable applications and services that reduce reliance on legacy systems.
