Titan Wealth is seeking a Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team in a cloud-first environment. You will design, develop and deliver secure, scalable, full-stack applications while embracing AI-enabled practices and DevSecOps in the development lifecycle.

The role emphasizes secure coding, automated testing, and modern CI/CD pipelines in Azure, with collaboration across Cloud, Security and Infrastructure teams.

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience developing secure and scalable applications.
• Experience working within agile software delivery environments.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and maintain cloud-ready full-stack applications aligned with business and security requirements.
• Develop secure, maintainable and scalable software using modern engineering principles.
• Apply secure coding standards and industry best practices.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions.
• Ensure software meets quality, security and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration and API tests.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and optimisation using Azure DevOps.
• Support shift-left testing and security practices.
• Embed automated testing and security checks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist in improving development standards and engineering processes.
• Build and support scalable solutions hosted within Microsoft Azure.
• Contribute to deployment, configuration and management across multiple environments.
• Work closely with Cloud, Security and Infrastructure teams.
• Support cloud-native application development and deployment strategies.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs
• Support microservices-based architectures where appropriate
• Build secure and scalable integrations across internal and external systems
• Ensure APIs are documented, tested and maintainable
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Document architecture decisions, integrations and deployment processes
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Participate in peer reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture and Engineering teams
• Contribute to project estimation, planning and technical decision-making
• Help drive continuous improvement across engineering practices
• Use AI tools to support day-to-day software engineering activities
• Identify suitable development activities that can be delegated to AI agents
• Verify and review AI-generated outputs thoroughly before implementation
• Build appropriate testing and validation mechanisms for AI-assisted work
• Understand when AI should be used and when human judgement is required
• Maintain accountability for all code and technical decisions
• AI capability is viewed as an enhancement to strong engineering fundamentals, not a replacement for them
• Design and develop secure-by-design systems
• Security: OWASP Top 10 awareness and embedding security into lifecycle
• Cloud & Infra: Azure, Docker, IaC
• AI capability requirements: AI-assisted workflows
• We are interested in engineers who progress from AI-Augmented to AI-Delegating
• Engineering fundamentals remain non-negotiable
• Education: Bachelor's in CS/SE or equivalent
• Experience: 3+ years full-stack development
• Desirable: Azure AZ-900, AZ-204
