Job summary

Network Finance in Gauteng is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our in-office team in Irene. You will work across the stack, delivering robust web applications and integrating front-end with back-end services.

Proficiency in Java, React, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript and RESTful APIs is essential. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full stack experience, strong SQL skills and a solid grasp of OOP and software architecture.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in Software Development / Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, React, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, SQL and relational databases, OOP, and Git.
• Experience in front-end and back-end development and database design/integration.
• Good understanding of software development principles, architecture, and clean coding practices.
• Proven track record in developing, maintaining, and enhancing web-based applications.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with back-end services and APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working fully in-office in Irene, Gauteng.
