THE ROLE

As a senior full stack developer you will work across the company's Asset Management and Fixed Income divisions, becoming a central technical resource within a fast-growing investment house.

You will build, integrate, and optimise the systems that drive real-world investment decisions, collaborating closely with high-impact teams and owning end-to-end systems that are used daily by fund managers, analysts, traders, advisors and operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain backend services in .NET Core 8 & C#.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools used across investment teams.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Engineer robust APIs, ETL and file-based integrations.
• Maintain parser jobs, data feeds and daily SQL pipelines.
• Ensure accurate ingestion of external sources (Reuters, JSE, ASISA, fund allocations, issuer limits).
• Drive enhancements to internal data warehouse integrations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• C# / .NET Core (v8) – strong backend capability.
• Angular 2+ (v17) – frontend experience.
• Python scripting for automation and integration.
• Reporting tools (Stimulsoft / Excel; PowerBI nice-to-have).
• Understanding of secure API design and data handling.
