Job summary

Armstrong Appointments is seeking a Marketing Specialist for our energy-sector client in Rosebank, Gauteng. You will own the full stack: write, design, build, publish, measure, and report with direct access to leadership and fast decision-making.

You will drive messaging, digital and events, while collaborating across markets in Africa. A hands-on, self-directed professional with B2B energy/industrial marketing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B marketing in energy/industrial sectors.
• AI-first approach to marketing.
• Fully hands‑on: write, design, publish and measure campaigns.
• Canva/Figma; ideally Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Web CMS/web page builders with basic HTML/CSS skills.
• Familiar with GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn/Meta ads; looker studio reports.
• Excellent written English with clear, commercial communication.
• Self‑directed and proactive, plan and execute independently.
• Willing to travel regionally with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in energy/renewables/mining/construction or hospitality.
• Marketing across African markets beyond SA.
• Video and motion basics: shoot, cut, caption, publish.
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth business.
