Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, is seeking an Associate in Performance Strategy to join frontline client teams. You will be the primary source of reliable data and rigorous analysis to inform real-time decision making and improvement priorities on site.

You will coach client analysts and managers, apply root-cause analysis, support idea owners, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement so that our methodology endures beyond the engagement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a focus on quants (top-tier university)
• Excellent problem solving and analytics skills
• Fluency in English and strong communication abilities
• Demonstrated results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• You coach client analysts and line managers, building relationships and basing improvement plans on real-world data
• Provide rigorous analysis to prioritise improvement opportunities and validate benefits
• Support client idea owners with technical and analytical input to ensure ideas succeed
