Qualifications

• Outstanding academic results.
• University degree or equivalent with strong quantitative emphasis.
• Engineering, Commerce/Economics & Mathematics/Science with broad degree scope; MBA an advantage.
• Double degrees and postgraduate degrees are highly regarded.
• Demonstrated passion for results under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritisation and analytical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities with senior managers.
• Ability to coach younger consultants and deliver results.
• Strong communication, influence and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of measurable improvements and implementation of processes and systems to sustain ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with team members and client teams to collect and analyse data and provide insights.
• Occasionally take on front-line coaching roles with client analysts to broaden management experience.
