Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our remote-first team with a primary focus on Sandton operations. You will build and maintain user-facing features for web applications, ensuring a fast, responsive experience.

Collaborate with backend engineers, designers and product managers to deliver high-quality frontend solutions using HTML5, CSS3 and ES6+, with experience in React, Angular or Vue.js.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with a modern JS framework (React, Angular or Vue).
• Experience with build tools and version control (Webpack, Babel, Git).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, interactive web applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
