Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in Sandton seeks a Quantitative Business Analyst to design, specify, build, configure and test pricing and risk management solutions for the front office within Markets.

You will work with stakeholders to analyse data, develop integration plans, and support production and testing while expanding your knowledge of multi-asset capital markets and SQL data analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant quantitative, risk and business analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment banking domain.
• Post-graduate qualification in Mathematical Finance or related field.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis for modelling and reporting.
• Certifications such as FRM/PRM/CFA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Construct and critically analyse financial models for pricing and risk.
• Analyse processes in pricing/risk-analysis and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Coordinate integration with service providers and monitor benefits.
• Test and validate logic, and contribute to system enhancements.
