About the job: Senior Quantitative Business Analyst

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years relevant, quantitative, risk, and business analysis experience
- Financial markets knowledge is a MUST
- Markets related experience
- Relevant Investment Banking experience
- Experience working with relevant systems (technical background beneficial)
- Relevant degree
- Post-graduate qualification in Mathematical Finance or another quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training
- Certifications such as FRM, PRM, ACI Dealing Certificate, CFA are beneficial
- Experience in designing and implementing integrated solutions, understanding of systems integration, and experience with quantitative systems in Capital Markets (Market Risk, Credit Risk, XVA, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of multi-asset classes and trade lifecycle is beneficial
- Business process modeling and design capabilities
- Ability to understand data models and validate data flows
- Attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
- Good communication skills and ability to work with challenging stakeholders
- Self-starter attitude
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and planning skills
- Assertiveness and persistence for front office effectiveness

Responsibilities:
- Construct and analyze financial models (e.g., product pricing, curve stripping, scenario analysis)
- Design, analyze, test, and troubleshoot pricing/risk-analysis processes
- Conduct systems capability and fit analysis for pricing/risk analysis
- Perform data analysis to identify problems and drive conclusions
- Analyze, design, and implement software applications
- Test and validate logic and processes
- Collaborate on resolving system issues and support production
- Engage with macro-environment for new opportunities and trends
- Recommend process and system improvements
- Participate in collaborative sessions to enhance understanding
- Gather information from stakeholders about business changes
- Review demands and understand impacts on systems and processes
- Partner with process owners for development roadmaps
- Test and identify service gaps with new technologies or process changes
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Consolidate knowledge articles and training materials
- Develop and share service packs
- Coordinate with service providers for integration activities
- Monitor benefits and measure success
