Qualifications

• Experience in luxury lodge or boutique hotel environments is advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Confident with email, spreadsheets and digital systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Warm, polished, professional guest-facing manner.
• Proactive with strong follow-through.
• Willingness to learn and train a younger person.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house administrative support for lodge operations.
