Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fresh floor operations.
• Oversee fresh departments and ensure high merchandising standards.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, rotation, wastage and shrinkage.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Drive sales, margins and departmental performance.
• Supervise, motivate and manage staff.
• Monitor pricing, promotions and product availability.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
