Outsource-X South Africa is hiring a French B2B Lead Generation / Sales Agent in Cape Town. If you are fluent in French and skilled in B2B sales and lead generation, this is your opportunity to join a fast-growing, professional sales team and accelerate your career.

You will make outbound calls to business clients, qualify leads, book appointments and drive revenue with uncapped commissions. The role offers a competitive basic salary of R13,000–R18,000 per month plus incentives and growth

Qualifications

• French proficiency at B2 level or higher – essential.
• Proven B2B Sales experience – essential.
• Previous Lead Generation experience – essential.
• Strong experience making outbound calls and engaging with business clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
• Proven ability to generate quality leads and book appointments.
• Previous experience in a B2B call centre or sales environment is highly advantageous.
