Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Frail Care General Manager / Matron (Registered Nurse) in Randburg to lead the frail care centre. The successful candidate will manage a team of Registered Nurses and Trained Caregivers, overseeing day and night shifts.

Responsibilities include ensuring holistic resident care, admissions, occupancy, policy compliance, QA standards, and managing staff leave and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with frail care management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive holistic care (physical, psychological, spiritual).
• Handle administration and new admissions for frail care.
• Maintain occupancy and service levels of the frail care.
• Keep nursing policies and procedures up to date.
• Manage frail care standards and QA procedures.
• Oversee nursing staff leave, absenteeism and timekeeping.
