The role requires a strong analytical mindset, three years in FP&A or related roles, and a solid grasp of financial principles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Minimum 3 years in FP&A or related financial role.
Strong financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
Proficiency in Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Analyze performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying drivers and variances.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Assist in the financial evaluation of new business opportunities and investments.
Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and provide analytical support.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used for analysis.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights into business trends.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
Support the financial close process as needed.
