Generative, a British startup in AI talent, is hiring a founding designer to own how we look, sound and move across websites, social content, motion and campaigns. You will be a doer and a strategist, shaping the function as it grows, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

You will lead design end to end for both brands, drive website redesigns, create social content, edit motion videos, and set the look, tone and templates that the wider team reuses. Remote-friendly, with ambitious runway to scale.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with website, social and motion work.
• Strategic design sense and ability to explain ideas.
• Fluency with AI in creative process.
• Familiarity with major design tools; tool-agnostic.
• Self-starter; able to ship rough brief.
• Comfort working remotely across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own design and creative direction across both brands end to end.
• Lead website design from concept to final pixels with developers.
• Create LinkedIn and X content and other platforms.
• Edit and animate motion and video; not required to be a specialist filmmaker.
• Concept and design campaigns from idea to assets.
• Set look, tone and templates; build reusable workflows.
• Use AI in design work; integrate into craft.
