Hire Overseas is seeking a Founder's Associate to support two senior leaders across client management, recruiting operations, documentation, and weekly reporting. You will own real operational responsibilities from day one and grow toward Chief of Staff as the company scales.

This role is remote with US business hours alignment and a clear growth path into senior leadership within a fast-moving global talent company.

Qualifications

• Genuine intellectual horsepower with initiative and ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal English in a professional tone.
• Experience in EA/operations or recruiting coordination with high ownership.
• Ability to work with AI tools as a core part of daily tasks.
• Willingness to grow into Chief of Staff or senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support client management and keep accounts organized and progressing.
• Coordinate recruiting operations and track hiring progress across accounts.
• Own documentation, SOPs, meeting notes, and knowledge systems.
• Prepare weekly presentations and status reports for leadership.
• Apply AI to accelerate documentation, research, and reporting.
