Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
• Deep understanding of drug delivery systems, pharmacokinetics, and physical pharmacy principles.
• Experience with formulation technologies and analytical techniques (dissolution testing, particle size analysis).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments for development of dosage forms (oral solids, liquids, semi-solids).
• Investigate and select excipients and materials for formulation development.
• Conduct stability studies and pre-formulation assessments.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for characterizing formulated products.
