Job summary

Together Staffing group on behalf of a well-established building contractor seeks an experienced Foreman to supervise daily construction site activities from site establishment through to completion.

Requirements include Matric or relevant qualification and 5-8 years in a Foreman or supervisory role, with proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors. Knowledge of construction methods and safety standards is essential, finishing experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Monitor project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and plant.
