Qualifications

• Minimum qualification in Sports Management, Coaching or Education or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in youth development or community programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage grassroots football development programs in Soweto.
• Organize coaching clinics and workshops for coaches and players.
• Identify and nurture young talent and create development paths.
• Establish and support local youth leagues and tournaments.
• Collaborate with schools and community groups to promote participation.
• Educate coaches on modern coaching methods, child safety and ethics.
• Monitor programs and report key outcomes and achievements.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and positive values through football.
