Premier FMCG seeks a Quality & Food Safety professional to ensure safe, consistent production of quality food products in a fast paced environment. You will support the Food Safety Team, monitor hygiene and 5S, and drive corrective actions for non-conformances across raw materials, finished products and packaging.

Ideal candidates have a Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification in Food Technology/Science, with experience in production and quality in food manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 essential.
• Tertiary qualification in Food Technology or Food Science essential.
• Experience in production and quality environment, preferably food manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Serve on the Food Safety Team to uphold hygiene, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor hygiene, housekeeping and 5S in the factory.
• Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions (NCRs).
• Conduct audits: internal, supplier, GMP, PRP, food defence and 5 audits.
• Verify QC, packaging checks, date coding and temperature monitoring.
• Perform microbiological and analytical testing on materials and finished goods.
