Job summary

Our client in the food manufacturing sector is seeking a Quality Controller to uphold stringent quality assurance and quality control standards. The role involves supporting internal departments with accurate service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, HACCP/CCP monitoring, and QA laboratory oversight, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in QA/QC, HACCP, or related disciplines are preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a food manufacturing QA/QC environment.
• Experience with HACCP and CCP monitoring.
• Experience overseeing QC laboratory testing.
• Exposure to deviation management, CAPA processes, supplier quality, and internal audits.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective decision-making ability.
• Excellent time-management and project-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP principles.
• Ability to interpret and analyse quality-related data.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability to manage documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to identify quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
