Placements24 is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee FMCG logistics and distribution in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will manage inventory, warehousing, transportation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the end-to-end supply chain.

A strategic leader with 6+ years in supply chain, preferably FMCG, is required. The role offers a hybrid work model, with on-site operational oversight and remote strategic planning across South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain management, with significant FMCG exposure.
• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead complex logistics, warehousing and distribution initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of FMCG supply chain including procurement, warehousing, inventory and transportation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and raise service levels.
• Manage supplier, logistics provider and third-party relationships.
