Job summary

Placements24 in Paarl, Western Cape is seeking a dedicated Route Delivery Specialist to ensure FMCG products reach retail outlets on time. You will plan daily routes, load/unload, verify quantities, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle and product quality, adhering to safety policies, and working with a company vehicle provided for deliveries. A Code 8+ license and ability to lift 20 kg are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or higher) with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to load/unload and handle goods up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport FMCG products to retail locations and customers in Paarl/Western Cape.
• Plan and execute daily delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals.
• Load and unload products and verify delivery quantities against orders.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
