You will travel regularly within the Kimberley region, coordinating with store staff and management to optimize shelf impact and stock availability.

The role requires 1–2 years in merchandising or retail operations, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in merchandising/stock management or retail operations.
• Knowledge of FMCG products and retail environments.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and eye for detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of planograms and store layout principles.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must be based in or willing to work extensively in Kimberley, Northern Cape area.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain merchandising standards and planograms for assigned retail accounts.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to consumers.
• Monitor stock levels on shelves and communicate replenishment needs to store personnel.
• Set up and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional displays.
• Build strong working relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report on in-store conditions, competitor activities, and potential merchandising challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all company merchandising guidelines and retail policies.
• Assist in the execution of in-store promotions and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
• Train store staff on proper product handling and display techniques as needed.
