Job summary

Heineken Johannesburg seeks a seasoned Supply Chain/Production Leader to drive MRP governance and ensure site 4-week MPS KPI adherence. You will manage OTIF processes, coordinate BOM updates, and lead the Sedibeng Material Scheduling team. Strong SAP skills, leadership and cost-saving focus are essential.

Responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships, driving contracts performance, and delivering continuous improvements in an FMCG setting. Closing date is 25 Sept 2026.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary degree in Production, Operations Management or Supply Chain management.
• 5+ years of FMCG-MRP experience with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive MRP fundamentals adherence and governance at site level to meet KPI.
• Manage OTIF processes to ensure packaging and brewhouse plans are met.
• Coordinate PIPO process for BOM updates and lead Sedibeng Material Scheduling.
• Ensure service levels through contracts and engagement with Group Contract managers.
• Maintain supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem solving in a FMCG environment.
• Escalate material constraints timely and implement mitigation plans.
• Perform stand-in duties for PPL Manager and support end-to-end processes.
