Placements24 is seeking a highly organized FMCG Production Planner to join the Mahikeng operations team. You will develop and maintain production schedules, forecast demand, manage material requirements, and minimize downtime to ensure timely delivery of products.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FMCG planning experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). This is a full-time on-site role in Mahikeng with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of production planning or scheduling experience in FMCG.
• Proficiency with planning software/ERP (SAP/Oracle).
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed production schedules to meet demand and optimize output.
• Coordinate with inventory to ensure raw material availability.
• Monitor progress and resolve deviations or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with procurement on material requirements planning (MRP).
• Analyze data to identify efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure effective communication across production, warehousing and logistics.
