Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc is seeking a Commercial Finance Graduate to support the Commercial Finance team with financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, business intelligence and decision support. This entry point role builds core skills in business performance management within a dynamic FMCG environment.

You will work across financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis, gaining exposure to pricing, product costing and ROI evaluations while partnering with Sales, Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial and commercial performance reports.
• Support month-end reporting and variance analysis processes.
• Analyze sales, margins, pricing, costs and profitability trends.
• Assist with pricing analysis, costings for new product developments and ROI evaluations.
• Develop proficiency in SAP, SAC, Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Extract, analyze and interpret data from multiple systems and support automation initiatives.
• Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail and Finance teams.
