Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Finance Analyst to collaborate across departments on sales and profitability analysis. You will assist with the month-end process, budgeting, forecasting, and provide information to enable management to make key decisions.

You will review forecasts, support reporting, and develop meaningful financial insights for cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment in Johannesburg.

Qualifications

• University degree; ideally pursuing CIMA.
• Minimum two years in a finance/analytical role.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in confectionery FMCG or Retail knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review the forecast monthly by brand, channel and customer with sales leaders and supply chain planning.
• Support month-end reporting, budget and forecasting processes, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Develop and maintain customer and brand contribution statements and provide insights to management.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure pricing and promotions reflect accurately in SAP and monitor expenses vs. budget.
