Lindt Cape Town seeks a Commercial Finance Graduate to support reporting, forecasting and decision support in a dynamic FMCG environment. You will work with SAP, SAC, Excel and Power BI, helping with budgeting, monthly closes, pricing analyses and profitability reviews.

Build business partnering relationships with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain while developing your analytical and business partnering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, IBM Cognos, Power BI or similar tooling is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and commercial performance reports; support month-end reporting and variance analysis; analyse sales, margins, pricing, costs and profitability trends.
• Forecasting & Business Planning: Support monthly sales forecasting, rolling forecasts, Latest Estimates and annual budgets; monitor performance against targets.
• Commercial Finance Support: Assist pricing analyses, costing for new product developments, contribution analyses, ROI evaluation and ad hoc modelling.
• Business Intelligence & Systems: Develop proficiency in SAP, SAC, Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools; extract and interpret data from multiple systems.
• Business Partnering: Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail and Finance; support cross-functional planning and business reviews.
