Qualifications

• Understanding health and safety regulations in warehouse and distribution operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch of FMCG products.
• Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies to meet delivery targets and customer service levels.
• Manage transportation logistics including fleet management and route optimization.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and implement controls to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
• Lead, train, and motivate the distribution team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
