Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking a Demand Planning professional to own weekly demand plans for categories within the portfolio. You will set up statistical forecasting in SAP IBP for 12–60 months, cleanse data, establish master data structures, and create scenarios with simulations, dashboards, and reports.

Collaborate with Supply Chain analytics, forecast accuracy improvements, and participate in Demand Review. 3+ years in demand planning in FMCG desirable; proficiency in SAP IBP, SAC, and Excel

Qualifications

Experience with SAP IBP forecasting methods.
Knowledge of FMCG demand planning.
Analytical skills and data governance.
Ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

Set up forecasting models in SAP IBP for 12–60 months.
Cleanse historical data and harmonize for accuracy.
Establish product, location, and planning master data.
Create simulations and what-if analyses for demands.
Develop dashboards using SAC or Excel add-ins.
Analyze demand drivers and promo uplifts.
Support consensus demand planning with sales/marketing/finance.
Train end-users on SAP IBP features.
