Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies including assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyze category performance and market trends to identify growth and risks.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on GTM plans for new products and promotions.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms for profitability and product availability.
• Coordinate with supply chain for inventory management and distribution within the category.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
