Placements24 in Bloemfontein, Free State, invites a motivated junior Brand Assistant to join our FMCG marketing team. This in-office internship offers hands-on experience in brand management, market research, and campaign support.

You will assist with marketing plans, coordinate materials, and help track campaign performance while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing plans and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities.
• Support the brand management team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Help coordinate the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Assist in managing social media content and engagement for brand channels.
• Track marketing campaign performance and assist in compiling reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new brand initiatives and product launches.
• Liaise with internal departments and external agencies as required.
• Monitor stock levels of marketing materials and promotional items.
• Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
