Job summary

Pick n Pay is seeking a customer-focused retail team member to join our clothing department. You will contribute to delivering excellent service, maintain hygiene and merchandising standards, and support sales targets.

The ideal candidate has Matric or higher, at least 1 year in clothing retail, and a passion for retail. Proficiency in English, strong communication and teamwork are essential, with willingness to work shopping mall hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that hygiene, housekeeping and safe work standards are maintained.
• Monitors adherence to merchandise/display standards.
• Handle stock according to set standards.
• Conducts regular quality checks on merchandise.
• Checks that pricing of products are correct.
• Outstanding customer care skills, the ability to interact and communicate with customer.
• Maximize sales to meet store targets.
• Perform all sales related duties.
• Accurate and efficient till operation skills.
