Job summary

CompleteTalent (Pty) Ltd is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner (OHNP) registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) to provide after-hours occupational health services in the Boston, Bellville area. This role is ideal for a practitioner looking for flexible, supplementary hours during evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will conduct medical surveillance in compliance with regulations, manage minor injuries, and ensure clinic compliance.

Qualifications

• Active SANC registration as an OHNP required.
• Valid certificates in Audiometry and Spirometry.
• Minimum 2–3 years post-qualification OHNP experience.
• Knowledge of OHSA, COIDA, BCEA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical surveillance.
• Perform and interpret Audiometry, Spirometry, and Vision screening.
• Manage minor Injuries on Duty (IOD) and emergency primary care.
• Ensure clinic compliance with COIDA and manage medical records.
• Conduct drug and alcohol screening based on company policy.
